Where do I teach?: I teach most of my lessons at home, in a local cafe, library or at my clients house or workplace. I may charge a small fee to cover travel costs, please enquire for more information.

About Me: I was born and bred in Bangkok, Thailand. I graduated from Bangkok University with a Bachelor degree in Accountancy with grade A in English.
I grew up in the family restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. Cooking and Baking are in my soul.

My sister now has a chain of Thai restaurants in the USA which I visited often as a way of improving my English. I enjoy travelling around the world, meeting with new people and staying in nice hotels, I was often able to do this for free as part of my career as a cabin crew for Bangkok Airways, Thailand where I worked from 1997 onwards (If you have ever been to Samui Island, Phuket ect. I might have been your crew on that flight!).

Experience and Education: Before I moved to UK in June 2006, I finished my career as a Flight Purser and Instructor. In the UK I continued my career in the airline industry as a Flight Purser whilst developing my skills as a face to face interpreter, working extensively with local government organisations such as Bristol City Council, United Bristol NHS Trust, NHS PCT and freelance for 2 organisations, I have been doing this since 2008.

I also have a small business offering Traditional Thai Cuisine and Beautiful Handmade Cakes, often catering for private dinner parties to relieve pressure from the hosts!

I am very proud to be Thai even though I became a British citizen in 2009. Being an English teacher in the UK is a challenge that I am confident to take and I look forward to seeing my students develop and grow with each hour of learning.    I am enjoying my lessons with Pear. I think I am getting more and more out the lessons as we go along. At first I was a little self-conscious and shy but I am now a little more forthright and ask loads of questions. I am finding that working through the books with the sound files provides so much learning and are really well put together. I am so eager to learn and cannot wait to start the next chapter!! Thai-Style has provided a real focus for me and my only regret is that I didn’t start earlier!
