Availability: Monday-Sunday 10.00 am- 7.00 pm, and subject to change to suit both the tutor and students.

Where do I teach?: I teach most of my lessons at home. I can also teach in a local cafe or at my clients house. I may charge a small fee to cover travel costs, please enquire for more information.

About Me: Having been working in Thailand as a teacher of English and Thai language and literature, I am very willing to teach the cultural foundation and linguistic skills for both countries. My cooking skill, though not so professional as a chef in a royal cuisine hotel or a restaurant, is considered practical and is transferable to my friends who are interested in Thai food. With a degree in teaching Thai and English, I believe that I can make you feel at ease to communicate Thai and better understand our cultural heritage.

Experience and Education: Having been teaching English to Thai students for more than 9 years, I am equiped with foreign language learning. My personal interest in Thai historical and cultural transformation is helpful in introducing foreigners to better understand Thai ways of life and society from the past to present. My foreign colleagues in the Department of Western Languages and Linguistics are very impressed by my vibrant cultural awareness of Thai and Western culture.

I am glad that this is a good chance to bridge the gap between foreigners and Thai people through the understanding of Thai language and culture. Regarding to my flexibility, we can arrange suitable time and venue for the lessons around Leeds. To learn Thai is not difficult once you are feeling interested in it.
