Come and stay with our family, on the outskirts of the busy city, in a quiet residential village close to Donmuang airport. We invite you to experience how we live and be apart of our relaxed lifestyle. Come and see the markets and learn how to cook Thai food with the family.
About The Family – Three generations living under one roof is normal for a Thai family. Mum (Noi) and Dad (Sanit) run a food stall in a local market, selling fresh chilli paste and vegetables. Their children, Ded and Jib, help in the market and also work as tour guides in the local area. The grandchild, Non Bas, is still at school and loves chocolate! We also have 3 lovely dogs who live outside in their own little house. Ded and Jib can speak English, making your stay informative and comfortable. They can show you around the local attractions and also meet you at the airport.
The Homestay – Our house is small but we have a large private bedroom for you to stay. The room has it’s own entrance to the house, aircon, kingsize bed, big flat screen TV with large DVD collection and surround sound Hifi, iMac computer and Wifi internet. The basic shared bathroom facilities and the traditional kitchen are Thai style, basic but clean. We are sure you will have a very comfortable stay here and offer many different services and tours to experience the community.

Location
We are located 10 minutes from Donmuang airport…
The old international airport now caters for many domestic flights, making it very convenient for early morning transfers. The local area boasts many food shops and stalls, Donmuang Temple, Parks and morning or evening markets. It is very rare to see any foreigners in this community. We have pin pointed a few areas of interest to explore on the map below. Khun Ded will also be happy to take you out and show you these areas to make sure you make the most of your time here.

Prices
A few options to suit you, helping to make the most of your experience…
Private Stay
Including self service breakfast for 800 Thai Baht per night. Aimed at experienced travellers and short stays for transits to Donmuang airport. Breakfast includes bread with butter and jams, coffee, tea and juice or a Thai Style breakfast. For longer stays we charge 4000 THB per week or 12,000 THB per month.
Experience Short Stay
Package Two days and one night. Learn how to cook dinner with the family and eat a Thai Style meal together (3pm-7pm). Tour around the local market in the morning and have lunch with the friendly market people. Check-in from midday and check-out by 2.00pm. All inclusive, including three meals, drinks, cooking lesson and tour for 1,400 THB for one or two people.
Experience Long Stay Package
Three days and Three nights. 6500 THB for one or two people.
Day one – If there is time on the first day, we will go to the local evening market to shop for your dinner and have drinks while watching the world going by.
Day two – You can choose between going to Ko Kret to explore a community of Thailand’s Mon people, who specialise in pottery, where you can make a leisurely walk along the elevated walkways which ring an islet of the Chao Praya River. Or take a trip to a Royal Temple of your choice. During a weekend visit, you may choose go to Chatuchak, a hugh market that sells everything and anything. Ded will be happy to help you choose where to go and will accompany you and make sure you don’t get too lost!
Day three – Thai cooking course. You will start by accompanying the family to the market to buy the ingredients for an evening meal. Head home and spend the afternoon learning how to cook popular Thai dishes and take the recipes home with you.
Day Four – You can relax before checking out by 11.00am.
