I have been involved in Thailand since 2003 and have come to expect a slow pace of life compared to the UK. This is fine for vacation but frustrating to get things done. I was amazed by the speed, quality and professional approach by Thai-style. I wish they would take over the Thai / UK visa service! Maybe the next phase of expansion. Thanks
